• Floor completed (Early April 2025) - PIR + chipboard
• Boards laid longways through hall (main direction for whole ground floor)
• Double door frame to lounge/dining has timber threshold
• Wallpaper stripped (Early March 2025)

Completed

• Floor insulation and chipboard (25mm PIR + 22mm Kronospan)
• Wallpaper stripped

Needs

• Final floor finish (engineered wood or similar)
• New door to utility (once kitchen door blocked)
• Future: door to garage (bottom right, part of conversion)

Notes

• Central circulation point for ground floor
• Access changes depend on garage conversion and kitchen/utility layout
• Door linings kept, doors trimmed to suit new floor height
